Partner Agreement

1. Introduction

This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") governs your application to become an Operator on the Fortivex platform and, if your application is approved, your ongoing use of the platform to sell bus tickets or hotel stays and to manage your company.

By submitting a partner application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to represent the company named in the application.

2. Application Review

Submitting an application does not create an active company account. Every application is reviewed by Fortivex before it is approved, typically within 24-48 hours.

Fortivex may approve, reject, or request more information about any application, at its sole discretion, and is not obligated to explain a rejection. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for rejection.

3. Where Your Listings Appear

What you publish on Fortivex — your trips, routes and prices, or your hotels, rooms, room prices, photos, services and facilities — is shown on the Fortivex platform: the Fortivex websites (fortivex.app for bus travel, hotel.fortivex.app for hotels) and the Fortivex apps, where travelers and guests can find, compare and book it. This applies whether or not you also have your own website (section 6).

If you use the Fortivex restaurant till for a hotel restaurant, its menu (dish and drink names, descriptions and prices) can be shown on that hotel's page.

You decide what is shown: a hotel or a room type that you unpublish or deactivate in your admin panel, or a trip that you cancel, stops being offered for booking. Fortivex may decide how listings are ordered and presented, and which hotels are featured; featuring a hotel is free and never changes the platform fee.

4. Operator Obligations

Once approved, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you list — prices, schedules, availability, descriptions and photos — and for honoring every booking made through the platform.

You are also responsible for all content you add to the platform, and for the logo, photos, colors, social media links and other material you provide for your website. You confirm that you hold the rights to use any logo, photo or other material you provide.

Bus agencies: you must keep your routes, schedules, prices and vehicle information up to date, and hold all licenses, permits and insurance required by Cameroonian law to operate the routes you list.

Hotels: you must keep your rooms, prices and availability up to date, and give a guest with a confirmed reservation a room of the type booked — or a better one at no extra cost — for the dates booked. You hold the authorizations required by Cameroonian law to operate your establishment. Where you charge a tourist tax, it is shown to guests with the price; you remain responsible for declaring and paying it to the authorities. Guest registration at check-in is done under your responsibility, as the law requires.

You must provide evidence of your licenses, permits and insurance on request.

5. Fees & Payouts

Fortivex charges a platform fee on bookings made through the platform, shown to travelers and guests at checkout in addition to your ticket or room price. Payout timing and method for your branch are set during onboarding and shown in your admin dashboard.

Launch offer: until further notice, there is no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no monthly fee, including for your own website (section 6). The platform fee on online bookings is the only charge. If Fortivex ends this offer or introduces other fees, it will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance; new fees only apply from that date.

6. Your Own Website

On request, Fortivex can run your own booking website on your own domain (for example youragency.cm or yourhotel.cm), with your logo, photo and colors, showing only your trips or your hotels, together with your own admin panel (admin.youragency.cm). Fortivex sets up, hosts and operates the website: we add your logo, photo, colors, social media links and WhatsApp number from what you send us, and only Fortivex connects its domain or changes how it looks.

A hotel group needs only one domain: all its hotels are shown and can be booked on it. On request, a single hotel of the group can also have its own domain, showing only that hotel.

Your own website comes in addition to the Fortivex platform: your listings stay on the platform as described in section 3.

If you already own a domain, you keep ownership of it and we connect it for you. If you do not, Fortivex can register one for you; that domain is registered and held by Fortivex. If you leave Fortivex, we will offer to sell you that domain, at what Fortivex paid to register and renew it, so you can keep using it.

Your website shows "Powered by Fortivex" and links to the Fortivex Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Booking confirmations, tickets, receipts and other messages to your customers are sent by Fortivex, with links that lead back to your website.

If your company is suspended or leaves the platform, your website stops taking bookings.

7. Suspension & Termination

Fortivex may suspend or terminate a company's access to the platform at any time for fraud, repeated customer complaints, failure to honor bookings, or breach of this Agreement. A company still under review that is found to contain false information may simply be declined without further notice.

When a company is suspended or leaves the platform, its listings are removed from the platform. Bookings already paid remain to be honored, or are refunded to the customer.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Cameroon, including the OHADA Uniform Acts applicable to commercial companies. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Fortivex SARL's registered office in Yaoundé.
